PRIVACY POLICY

§ 1. General Provisions

  1. This privacy policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data of users using the website available at anyads.ai (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
  2. The administrator of your personal data is Wojciech Laska, based at Jana Olbrachta 126, 01-373 Warsaw, e-mail address: manage@anyads.ai (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”), who processes personal data in connection with the operation of the Service, lead generation and marketing of its own services.
  3. Communication between the user’s device and the Service is secured using an SSL encryption protocol. Personal data provided via forms on the Service are processed in a confidential manner and are protected against access by unauthorized persons.
  4. This document fulfills the information obligation referred to in Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

§ 2. Purposes, Legal Bases, and Data Processing Period

  1. Lead generation and marketing activities
    • Purpose: collecting contact details from individuals interested in the Administrator’s services, including the creation of AI-based video materials and the management of social media advertising campaigns, in order to present a commercial offer and contact the potential client.
    • Data scope: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, company details (optional).
    • Legal basis: the data subject’s consent – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (for contacting the potential client and presenting a commercial offer). The Administrator’s legitimate interest – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR applies only to the storage of correspondence, maintaining internal records and the defense against potential claims.
    • Retention period: data are stored until consent is withdrawn or marketing activities are completed, but no longer than 12 months from the date of collection, unless further retention is required for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
    • Requirement to provide data: Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to establish contact and present a commercial offer. Failure to provide data will result in the inability to process your inquiry.
  2. Statistical analysis of the Service (Google Analytics)
    • Purpose: generating statistics and improving the operation and functionality of the Service.
    • Data scope: IP address (anonymized), device and browser type, behavioral data within the Service.
    • Legal basis: the user’s consent – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, expressed via the cookie banner.
    • Retention period: until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than the lifetime of the cookies used for analytical purposes.
  3. Service security and administration (server logs)
    • Purpose: ensuring the security of the IT system, preventing abuse, and analyzing technical errors.
    • Data scope: user’s IP address, server date and time, browser and operating system information, visited URLs, error or attack attempt data.
    • Legal basis: the Administrator’s legitimate interest – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, consisting of maintaining system security and technical statistics.
    • Retention period: logs are stored for a maximum of 30 days and automatically deleted unless further processing is necessary due to a security incident.

§ 3. Rights of Data Subjects

  1. You have the following rights under the GDPR:
    • the right of access to personal data (Art. 15 GDPR),
    • the right to rectification of personal data (Art. 16 GDPR),
    • the right to erasure of personal data (“right to be forgotten”, Art. 17 GDPR),
    • the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
    • the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
    • the right to object to the processing of personal data, including for direct marketing purposes (Art. 21 GDPR),
    • the right to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR),
    • the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you (Art. 22 GDPR), provided that such processing is carried out.
    • the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
  2. To exercise these rights, please contact the Data Administrator at: manage@anyads.ai.
  3. We will respond to your request no later than within 1 month of receipt, in accordance with Art. 12(3) GDPR. If necessary, we may ask you for additional information to confirm your identity.

§ 4. Data Recipients and Transfers Outside the European Economic Area (EEA)

  1. Data recipients:
    • Hostinger International Ltd: hosting service provider for the Service (www.hostinger.com). Data may be stored in data centers located in the European Economic Area and, in some cases, transferred outside the EEA as part of technical support or backups.
    • Google LLC: provider of analytical tools (Google Analytics) – recipient of statistical data within the scope of cookie consent.
    • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd: provider of marketing tools (Meta Pixel) – recipient of data within the scope of marketing cookie consent.
    • TikTok Technology Limited: provider of marketing tools (TikTok Pixel) – recipient of data within the scope of marketing cookie consent.
    • Google Ireland Limited: provider of advertising services (Google Ads, YouTube) – recipient of data within the scope of marketing cookie consent.
  2. The Administrator does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), except in cases where the service provider (e.g. Google, Meta, TikTok) ensures an adequate level of data protection in accordance with Art. 45–46 GDPR.

§ 5. Cookies

  1. The Service uses cookies, which are stored on the user’s end device. Cookies are small text files used to ensure the proper functioning of the Service, to perform statistical analyses and to conduct marketing activities.
  2. The following categories of cookies are used within the Service:
    • Technical cookies (necessary for the functioning of the Service) – enable the correct operation of the website and the cookie consent management mechanism.
      • bmt_consent – stores the user’s cookie consent choices, including the scope of granted or withdrawn consents.
      • _wpfuuid – used by WPForms to ensure the proper operation of contact forms and to recognize repeat form submissions.
      These cookies are necessary for the operation of the Service and do not require the user’s consent. The legal basis for processing data in connection with these cookies is the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
    • Analytical cookies (Google Analytics) – used to collect statistical information about how the Service is used (e.g. number of visits, traffic sources, time spent on the website). The legal basis for the use of these cookies is the user’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), expressed via the cookie banner.
      Examples: _ga, _ga_XXXX.
    • Marketing cookies (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads) – used to display personalized advertisements on external platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube / Google Ads. The legal basis for the use of these cookies is the user’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
      Examples: _fbp, _ttcid, _gcl_au.
  3. The user may withdraw or modify their cookie consent at any time via the cookie consent settings available within the Service, including through a dedicated option allowing the user to change cookie preferences.
  4. Detailed information on managing cookies, including deleting or blocking cookies, is available in the settings of the user’s web browser.

§ 6. Final Provisions

  1. Changes to the Privacy Policy
    • The Administrator reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy, in particular in the event of:
      • changes in data protection legislation,
      • implementation of new technologies or tools affecting the existing scope of data processing,
      • changes in the scope of services provided via the Service.
  2. Validity of the amended Policy
    • The amended version of the Privacy Policy will be published on the same subpage of the Service and will apply from the date of its publication.
    • We recommend regularly reviewing the current version of the document.
